Photograph of a view of the lobby and foyer of the Mayan Theater, ca.1925. Two photographs are shown in the image: the top image shows the widest view, framing not only the stairs which lead to the balcony seating, but also a sofa which is positioned against the wall at left. The lower image shows a tighter shot on the stairs, focusing on a set of drawers which is flanked by a chair to either side. The ceiling and walls of the structure are decorated with faux-Mayan relief carvings.
