Photograph of a bust depicting Frank Wiggins of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, 1936. The bust depicts Wiggins in a suit jacket and tie with a thick beard combed over the bottom of his face. The bust stands on a dark pedestal with a dedication carved into its stone which reads "Frank Wiggins, Superintendent Secretary 1890-1924, Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, 'An institution is the lengthened shadow of one man', 1849-1924". The monument sits in a rounded portion of wall lined with what appear to be stone tiles.
