Description
Photograph caption dated August 10, 1957 reads "H. Le Roy Bruner, 59, of San Fernando, retired employe [sic] of U.S. Treasury Department procurement section in Washington, D.C., holds up prize possession, invitation to Eisenhower-Nixon inauguration early this year. He said it proved 'you don't have to be a big wheel in U.S. to be remembered.' He was critically wounded during world War II."
