Description
White, two-story, wood-framed house on a street surrounded by trees, with a stone wall and entrance stairs from the street. It is on a slight incline. The house has elements of Craftsman style but also Greek revival, with three archways framing the front porch, and six symmetrical windows in the center of the second story, each with twelve grids on the upper half of the window. The house has a square roof with no gables. The side of the house has five windows in the second floor, and appears to have a terrace on the first floor. There are stone steps leading up through the garden from the street to the back of the house. The house has a brick chimney in the middle of the roof. From a strip of Plus X negatives showing vacation images from Lassen Volcanic National Park, Shasta Dam, a lumber mill in Northern California, a resort building, golf course in a valley, river banked by pine trees, an arched stone bridge over a river, Pacific coastline along Highway 1, a stucco church, several different residential houses.
