Grace Burke Hubble and a dog in the grass where the Hubble's house was later built. Note in unknown hand: "This is the picture I took of you and Mono that day--on your lot. Isn't it lovely? Don't destroy it." Note in the hand of Grace (Burke) Hubble: "1340 Woodstock Road".
