Description: Maria del Bello at her retirement party from Del Monte Plant #3, San Jose. Maria del Bello was one of the last Italian-American floor ladies at Del Monte Plant #3. Many workers recalled her fondly as a fair, friendly and helpful supervisor. Floor ladies wore white caps and blouses to distinguish them from production workers.
