Description
Angelenos who marched to the polls in the November 6, 1928, election found voting machines in use at 105 precincts. Minuature dummy voting machines are provided for those unfamiliar with the use of voting machines, to learn and practice upon. Here an election official explains the system to a group of voters with the aid of the miniature machine at Precinct 780 at 420 So. Hobart Blvd.
