Photograph caption dated May 21, 1959 reads, "Proper riding habits are the goal of Eric Green, 4-year-old tricyclist, and Shirley Wichert, 11, center, all ready for Saturday 'Wheel-O-Rama,' safety bicycle riding program, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Noble Avenue School campus. Planning session is Mrs. R. Bruce Green, PTA safety chairman. Police department and Noble Avenue School parents are cooperating."
