A hand can be seen reaching from the left of the image to the center and is holding a small metal cap over a slightly larger metal bowl. The bowl is threaded and appears to fit into another metal device resting on a wooden table at right. A metal plate is bolted to the table at left, and dials can be seen in the background at left. The striped sleeve of the man's shirt can be seen at left.
