McCarthy, president of Los Angeles Board of Public Works; Jay H. Long, superintendent of Southern Pacific Co.; (rear left) Bill Fisher, president of Northridge Chamber of Commerce; and William M. Neighbors, field secretary to Mayor Norris Poulson."
