Photograph caption reads: "The Boy Scout Lodge of Pomona, built in the 1920's, is threatened with demolition. Senior patrol leader Jose Villanueva, 17, (left) and patrol leader David Gilbert, 13, with troop charter often work by candlelight since the electricity was shut off by the City of Pomona. Pennants on wall date back to 1938". Photograph dated: Sept. 25, 1989.
