Photograph caption reads: "Eugene M. Stocks, chairman of Youth Employment Service in Panorama City, presented flowers of appreciation to Mrs. Harold Simon for her work with area youth in Y.E.S. program. Working through Panorama City Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. Simon placed youngsters in more than 300 jobs this summer. Presentation marked last day of program." Photograph dated: Sept. 6, 1960.
