Photograph caption dated October 6, 1962 reads, "Mrs. Blaine Gifford, left, has been named city chairman for the 1962 March for Muscular Dystrophy in Sun Valley. Discussing campaign plans with her are area leaders Mrs. Gilbert Lujan, center, and Mrs. Tom Leach. Others assisting are Mmes. Robina Luzardo and B. O. Klindt. March will be held Dec. 1 and 2. Anyone wishing to volunteer may call the MD campaign office at STate 1-6150."
