Description
Stolte rose garden. Mr. Stolte traded Mrs. Ferguson his acre planted in roses for her acre of Redwood Grove, later to be known as Stolte Grove. 1912. Note on back: "W. [V.?] Stoltes rose garden next to Mrs. Fergusons - traded for $1 for Stolte Grove. Castle rock in distance. 1912."
