Description
Charles Handy article on putting an organization into the classroom. The article describes a program situated in the London-based management development offices of a large electronic components manufacturer. This organization seeks to put together its first management training program for younger managers. The study ultimately concludes that, after experimenting with a new experiential approach to organization theory and management with two distinct groups, both the participants and trainers subjectively regarded the trial as a success.
