An offer has been made to the Los Angeles Dodgers as well as an American League team. The syndicate has option on 219 acres on the 'back lot' of Universal-International Studio. The men are, left, Joseph E. Fowler, Harry Hilliard, Raymond R. Farrell and Culver Van Buren, both attorneys for the syndicate and the J. E. Fowler Squire Agency."
