Photograph caption dated July 17, 1958 reads, "These men represent syndicate that is in an all out campaign to build a modern baseball park at Universal City in the San Fernando Valley. An offer has been made to the Los Angeles Dodgers as well as an American League team. The syndicate has option on 219 acres on the 'back lot' of Universal-International Studio. The men are, left, Joseph E. Fowler, Harry Hilliard, Raymond R. Farrell and Culver Van Buren, both attorneys for the syndicate and the J. E. Fowler Squire Agency."
