Description
Jim and Henny Backus discuss their book, “Forgive Us Our Digressions.” Jim and Henny say they do their best writing in bed together. Jim talks about his father and Henny says that Jim’s uncle was a big backer of Broadway plays. Henny and Jim share how they met and that Henny used to be a sculptor. Jim talks about his relationship with Ed Wynn and Richard Burton and his time on “Gilligan’s Island.” Jim and Henny go on to discuss the pictures in their book, George Burns, Jim’s thoughts on James Dean, and Jim’s love of acting.
