Description: Lloyd Allen, identical twin brother of Roy Allen, is pictured at the trial on April 13, 1938, with Mrs. Roy Allen, wife of the accused officer. At first Lloyd was under arrest following investigation of the bombing of Raymond and later cleared of perjury solicitation charges in the case.
