Description
A young girl walks with a container on her head beside two Salvadoran Army soldiers in the town of San Agustín, Usulután. Both soldiers carry their assault rifles, but one carries a bandolier over his shoulder. There is a crowd of people behind them. The guerrillas occupied the town for 24 hours and then retreated to the hills to avoid needless civilian casualties in combat with the Salvadoran Army.
