"Medical work on tour" Possibly Hyderabad District, India. Dr. Nancy Francis, wife of the missionary Rev. David Francis administering medical aid to a patient by the roadside from a travelling ox-drawn medical cart. Rev. Francis served in the Hyderabad District between 1933 and 1941.
