Description
Large group of Boys Brotherhood Republic members seated in chairs in the auditorium / gymnasium listening to a speaker at the front (the BBR City Clerk) wearing a BBR sweater. A basketball hoop and American flag are hanging in the center, with signs posted on either side. "So Long as There are Boys in Trouble, We Too are in Trouble" is written along the top of the wall. The sign on the left reads, "Demonstration in Democracy / The BBR is a Live Club for Live Boys" and the sign on the right reads, "All Equal in the BBR / No Juniors No Seniors." From a series of photographs celebrating the Boys Brotherhood Republic 25th Anniversary Week, May 13-18, 1957.
