Description
Charles writes Ken saying he was pleased to receive his phone call and learn of his latest activities and that his contact with Northwestern sounds most interesting. Charles informs Ken of what he told Mr. Inoue when he sent him an AMA brochure and shares Inoue's reply regarding how government, management, and labor relations differ in Japan and the United States. The letter is handwritten.
