Accordion fold-out set of images from the Brooke Hart kidnapper lynching in St. James Park in 1933. The cover bears a quote from Governor James Rolph: "While the law should have been permitted to take its course, the people by their action have given notice to the entire world that in California kidnaping [sic] will not be tolerated."
