Standing on the east side of 5th Avenue, north of K Street, looking southwest towards 7th Avenue, showing projected line of Serpentine Road. Also showing Sutro land with and without forest -- view 2 (2013-1361SUT). No. 53. Standing at the junction of 7th Avenue and Serpentine Road and L Street, looking south, showing deep hole in 7th Avenue, also in block between Serpentine Road ajnd 7th Avenue. This point is the gateway to the Forest Tract and San Miguel Ranch property. The photograph demonstrates the necessity for extensive street and other improvements here -- view 3 (2013-1362SUT). No. 54. Standing on the hillside between 7th and 8th Avenues and Noriega (N) Street and Ortega (O) Street, opposite Lake Honda Reservoir, looking across the lake towards the lower gate entrance to Forest Tract. A beautiful and easy approach to the Sutro property if the reservoir could be eliminated -- view 4 (2013-1363SUT). No. 55. Clarendon Avenue entrance.
