Photograph shows Mining on Squirrel Creek - 1914. Squirrel Creek is about five miles east of Quincy and has been a gold producer for over 130 years. [not known when this statement was written] The men in the photograph are left to right: Henry Taunt, Walter Lewis, August Henderson. [Donated by George Penman]
