Photograph of an exterior view of the Willow Springs Gold Mine and Stage Station, Kern County, ca.1900. Three buildings made of rough-cut stone stand in a row along a dirt clearing. The rightmost building stands the farthest into the foreground and features a bi-leveled roof, the second section of which extends over the foyer-style entranceway. The second building has no extended entrance, and has its entrance on its narrow side, unlike the first. A stone wall, however, extends from its side to the left towards the last and nearly identical building, which appears to be shorter. Trees are visible in front of the hills in the background.
