Mrs. Frank McGlynn, a Burbank mother of four, does everything from fixing school lunches to serving as a volunteer at Burbank Hospital...She has served as president of the PTA in the grade school which her children attend and is education chairman for the Burbank PTA Council this year. A 'signed up' volunteer on the various Burbank welfare agency drives, she is active in programs sponsored by the Burbank Junior Woman's Club..."
