Description
Gloria Molina served as Los Angeles County Supervisor of the First Supervisorial District from 1991 to 2014. Prior to becoming the first Latina elected to the Board of Supervisors in 1991, Molina served as California State Assembly Member from 1982 to 1987 and Los Angeles City Council Member from 1987 to 1991. Notably, she was also the first Latina elected to the state legislature and Los Angeles City Council.
