Lloyd Tow, insurance agent of 15561 Rayen St., Sepulveda, city chairman for Sepulveda portion of Community Chest campaign, discusses Red Feather appeal with Mrs. Alfred Wooley, 15759 Plummer St., Sepulveda, who is serving as residential chairman. They will sign up 302 volunteers in area."
