Due to limited knowledge about Christianity, and lack of focus on youth ministry from the Weste Nr. 10 - På grund af begrænset viden om kristendom, samt kirken i Vestens manglende fokus på de unge, er de for dårligt rustet til at møde Østens religiøsitet. Her er der ikke noget tabu - alle mennesker taler om tro og religion, og de mange tilbud fra Østen vælter ned over de unge. For første gang standser de op og opdager en anden dimension, der handler om de eksistensielle spørgsmål i livet, hvilket i sig selv er glædeligt. Problemet opstår, når de ikke kender deres egen kristne baggrund. Hvis man ikke tror på noget, bliver alle religiøse tilbud lige gode eller dårlige. Og man glemmer at stille de kritiske spørgsmål. Due to limited knowledge about Christianity, and lack of focus on youth ministry from the Western church, they are not prepared to meet the religious questions of the East. Here is no taboo - everybody are talking about religion and faith, and a lot of offers are presented to the young people. For the first time they discover another dimension of life, which is good. However, not being aware of their own Christian background, all religious offers become equally good or bad. And critical questions are left out.(Photo 1986).
