Description: Photograph caption dated January 1, 1957 reads "Now to snap those spats. Fraser gets spats on just right. His skean dbhu (knife) is carried in stocking, as shown in photo. He also carries dirk (combat knife) on side. Fraser and 10 others in his band played Scottish tunes on bagpipes in today's Rose Parade."
