Description
Photograph caption dated June 26, 1961 reads, "Cars look pretty good? Here's how three cars belonging to a trio of Valley teenagers looked before the vehicles underwent mechanical surgery this week. Today they bear automotive scars. Merlyn Rice, 18, 7430 Amestoy Ave., Van Nuys, looks over the engine of his 1930 Model A Ford. Like Northcott, he wants a 'quad,' but he already has a full race cam."; See images #00112697 through #00112699 for all photos in this series.
