Probable date based on printer history; William M. Clarke operated as a lithographer in New York City from 1881 to 1888 (Last, The Color Explosion, page 175). "Wm. M. Clarke, Lith 7 Warren St N.Y."--text, lower left. "Erected Under the Auspices of / The Grand Army of the Republic, Dept. of New York."--text, bottom centered.
