Culver City proudly proclaims its population growth rate of 1011% during the 1920s with numbers painted on the street at Main Street and Washington Boulevard, in Culver City. Harry H. Culver and Company building can be seen in the background. View 8: shows two women and two motorcycle officers in the intersection. One of the women is putting finishing touches on the population sign on the ground.
