Photograph caption dated August 27, 1958 reads, "Former Congressman Kit Clardy (R-Mich) honorary national president of 'We, the People,' is shown at left as he was introduced to Constitution Forum at the American Legion Hall in Van Nuys by Hugh C. Smith, president of the Reseda Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, who recently has been picked to head the Citizens Committee for the Proposition 18 (Right-to-Work) in the Valley. Solon's topic was 'How Reutherism is Repulsed by Right-to Work."
