Wade, writer of 'Mickey's Polo Club' was filmed from ..." Actor-Author John P. Wade wrote a skit called "The Trainer's Nightmare." When Wade saw "Mickey's Polo Team," he sued Disney for a share of the film's profits, claiming that Disney had plagiarized a scene that closely resembled one from "The Trainer's Nightmare"; the case was dismissed.
