Description
A Civil War era cannon, acquired from the Veteran's Administration and installed in 1908, appears here in Palisades Park in Santa Monica. On reverse: [printed] "On the Road of a Thousand Wonders." And [in pen] "Dear Auntie B, Mother and I are spending a day at the beach and oh its beautiful down here. Wish you were here too. Hope you are feeling much better." Postmark is illegible.
