Description
At head of title: "Hepburn & Co." Hepburn & Co. offering a chance to obtain an existing house by buying a lot in this tract and participating in a lottery. The hotel site is still vacant land. The Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley Railway line now used by the Gold Line. Pasadena Avenue became Figueroa Street and Eureka Avenue became York Blvd. This development was Garvanza, now Highland Park. Sales text. Relief: no. Graphic Scale: Feet. Projection: Plane.
