Photograph caption dated July 18, 1961 reads "Television's Rip Masters (Jim Brown, 4730 Langdon Ave., Sherman Oaks) plots a course to Encino Community Center's carnival next Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the center, 4935 Balboa Ave., Encino. Riding the trail with him are Bert Harris, 16603 Ventura Blvd., and Mrs. Marge Boyd, 17210 Ventura Blvd., both Encino. The cavalryman rides a bike like the ones which will be given to children who deposit free tickets at the carnival, 6 p.m. to 11 Friday and 1 p.m. to 11 Saturday and Sunday."
