Description
Shown from left to right: Jon Hall, Maria Montez, Sabu, and Josephine, the most famous monkey in motion pictures. Josephine is celebrating her 35th birthday and her 21st year as a screen character. Josephine's birthday came up while she was curling her tail around the neck of Maria Montez in Walter Wanger's "Arabian Nights" at Universal, so Miss Montez and her co-stars cut a cake in her honor. Photo dated: December 5, 1942.
