vastus medialis muscle, sartorius muscle, the infratellar branch of the saphenous nerve can be seen piercing the sartorius muscle, the medial cuntaneous nerve of the thigh (branch of the anterior division of the femoral nerve) can be seen running on top of the sartorius muscle
