Description: A Victorian home alleged to be at 21 Nelson Ave. in Mill Valley. However, Nelson Avenue was not developed until circa 1940. Two women and two men stand on or near the exterior stairs. They are reported to be members of the Roemer family. The back of the cardboard backing is stamped; "E. Pierson, Seattle Wash." Photo was more likely taken in Seattle.
