Description
Photograph caption dated February 11, 1963 reads, "C. Merle Duckett, left, chairman of the Finance Committee of the Bethlehem Star Parade Assn., receives check for $3,000 from Conrad Passmore, vice president and general manager of the Van Nuys Savings and Loan Assn. The association underwrote entire cost of renting the tent in which the floats are built prior to the annual Christmas parade."
