Photograph caption dated September 5, 1948 reads, "Walt Disney, right, is shown presenting a picture to State Forester M. B. Pratt, to be used as a fire prevention poster for the State Division of Forestry in its drive to reduce forest fires in California." The poster reads "Dont' be a firebug! A careless fire is sabotage," and features a cartoon character driving a car and carelessly throwing a cigarette onto forest grounds.
