This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco."
Text written under photo: "Diamond Jubilee Celebration Arch Civic Center." View of the elaborate arch constructed for the California Diamond Jubilee celebration in 1925. The view looks east on Fulton Street from just west of Hyde. The parade route is marked by a series of pedestals along with a grandstand. The Library is visible at the right, the Grant Building in the middle distance, and the Orpheum Theater is under construction at the left. A few people are wandering through the parade route.
