Description
Agreement for twenty acres and nine acres of the M. R. Dominguez allotment and a parcel of 15 acres on the G. M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro. The lease start date is November 1, 1937 and end date is October 31, 1938 with a yearly rent of $1100. Additional text is added to the end of the agreement referring to subleasing and citizenship requirements for lessees.
