Photograph of Sancian Island, taken from the water. One can see a large hill and the only structures are a church and a memorial further up the hill. The church is gothic in style with a set of stairs up from the shore of the island. There appears to be a railing around the perimeter of the church. Further up the hill, behind the church, is a set of steps and a larger marker. Possibly, this marks a significant spot where St. Francis Xavier died.
