Description: This 1965 master plan for recreation facilities is for County Service Area No. 7 (Mission-Cottage), which was found to be deficient in park and recreation facilities and services. The master plan recommended that all park and recreation developments be planned for existing school sites, specifically Billy Mitchell School and Starr King School. It also recommended a footbridge to be built to connect El Camino High School and Billy Mitchell School.
