The represent Valley teenagers who help stuff mailers and conduct fund-rising events. Linda Delgado, 17, Troop 81, Chatsworth; Lynne Steinhardt, 17, Troop 3, Mariners, Burbank; and Barbara Gardner, 15, Troop 590, North Hollywood, drop their dimes into coin container which is now appearing on bank and market counters throughout the Valley."
